Reasons for password resets not working:
- the affected account has been deactivated due to inactivity (this is a GDPR requirement). Please lodge a support ticket at paradox.zendesk.com with the email of the problem account included
- your email provider has blocked or quarantined the reset email we sent - Hotmail are especially liable to this for some reason. Please add the following email addresses to your email accounts whitelist:
