Sadly games have a finite lifespan. After the development period ends, the developers move on to new products, new teams etc which means that support that can be offered for those games is rather limited.
The decision to stop supporting a game is never easy. The developers, producers and everyone else involved pour their hearts into our games and it is hard to see one retired. As games are replaced with newer titles, the number of players still enjoying the games that have been live for some time dwindles and it becomes unfeasible to continue investing time, money and man hours in them. We fully understand that this doesn’t change the fact that customers still enjoy the games that are no longer supported alas all good things come to an end.
Our forum (forums.paradoxplaza.com) has dedicated sections for all our games and if you do find yourself in a pickle please go there, find the game you need help with and ask the community.
