We only accept requests via tickets through the help desk. There are a few reasons for this:
- It alleviates the workload and allows us to address your issue faster than if we were on the phone
- Most of the information we need to resolve your issue is in text form (DxDiag, crash logs etc) and trying to sort them over the phone would be near impossible
- We don't work 24/7
- Our agents are spread across the globe
So, in short, no phone number I'm afraid.
