If you need to open a support ticket please keep the following in mind:
- If your ticket is about an order made on the webstore please include the order number, when the purchase was made and what payment method was used
- If your ticket is about a bug or technical issue please provide as much details as possible about what you were doing when the problem arose, error message (if applicable), screenshots etc
- As a general rule of thumb, the more details you can provide us with in the original ticket the bigger the chance that we can resolve your problem first time around
