If you made a purchase from our webstore you can request a refund as long as you fulfill this criteria:
- The item was purchased within 14 days
All sales are handled by our external payment provider called Xsolla. They are a great bunch of people and will happily help you.
All you need to do is go to their helpdesk (https://babka.com/), create an account with the same email that made the purchase and once you're logged in you'll see all purchases ever made. It can take up to an hour for the list to populate after creating your account so please try again if you can't see your order.
Once logged in click the order you want to refund and then use the refund button and you're done! You won't need to talk to anyone, provide screenshots, order IDs etc, it's all automatic :)!
