When you have a technical issue attaching a DxDiag file will always be beneficial. To do so please follow the steps below. They differ slightly between Windows Versions but should largely be the same.
Windows 7
- Open your Start Menu
- Type "dxdiag" in the search field (without quotes)
- Click on the dxdiag program
- A window called "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" will pop up now
- Wait until the green bar at the bottom left has dissapeared
- At the bottom right side, click on 'Save all information'
- Save it to a place where you can easily find it again, for example your desktop
- Attach this file to your ticket
Windows 10
