Bloodlines 2 Refund information

If you want a refund for a digital copy please keep reading, if this is about the Collectors Edition please scroll to the bottom!

If you'd like to request a refund for Bloodlines 2 please follow this guide:

1. If the order was placed after 2019-06-18 (you can check this here: https://beta-accounts.paradoxinteractive.com/library) please contact our payment provider Xsolla as they will help you with your refund. All you need to do is go to their support site (https://babka.com/) and login with the same email that made the purchase. On that page you'll see your purchase history and once you find the order for Bloodlines 2 request a refund and add that this was a pre order.

2. If the order was placed before 2019-06-18 it needs to be handled by us manually which will take a little longer but still yield the same result. Open a request via our helpdesk and include 

• Your order ID (visible on the receipt, starts with US)
• The amount to be refunded (and currency!)
  • If you attach a copy of the receipt we'll have both of the above
    
    
• How you want your money refuded
  • PayPal (recommended)
    We'd need the name of the account holder as well as the email. We recommend this as it doesn't come with any hidden fees and the transfer usually takes less than 24 hours.
    
    
  • Bank transfer
    We'd need the name of the account holder, your bank name, the BIC and IBAN number. We don't recommend this as banks sometimes charge hidden fees for currency conversions and international transfers meaning you'll get less money back than you actually paid for the product! The fees are also not visible to us meaning we can't see what they'll be before the refund is made. We will also not reimburse you for any fees.

Since these weren't sold by us you need to DPI Merchandising GmbH (formerly Gaya Entertainment GmbH) and request a refund.
