If you placed an order for Lost Empire: Relics and was charged yet didn't receive your order please open a ticket and include:
- The order ID from either the Google store or Apple store
- A picture of the receipt
How do I get the order ID?
- Visit payments.google.com/ and sign in with your Google account.
- On the left, click Subscriptions and services.
- Click View purchases.
- Select an order to see your receipt.
- If you need your order number, you can find it on the receipt page.
Please make sure you login to the game using your Paradox account and play for at least 30 minutes before opening a ticket as we are unable to credit you the purchases unless you do this.
