We are aware of the issue and working on finding the cause and solution to the problem. For now, this is how you solve it:
- Copy the Steam Activation key provided to you via email, and also in your Paradox account's My Games page
- Open your Steam client
- Click "+Add a Game" in the bottom left of the client
- Paste in your key and the game will be redeemed
NOTE! If you get an error from Steam when doing this simply wait 35-40 minutes and try again
