Unfortunately we do not handle refunds directly ourselves if you did not purchase your game at our webshop. Please contact the retailer you bought the game from in order to request a refund.
If you bought the game from our webshop, feel free to submit a ticket with the following information:
- Date of purchase
- Order nr.
- E-mail address you used for the purchase
- Payment information
- Screenshot/copy of the receipt and/or confirmation e-mail
