If you made a purchase from our webstore you can request a refund as long as you fulfill this criteria:
- The item was purchased within 14 days
All sales are handled by our external payment provider called Xsolla. They are a great bunch of people and will happily help you. All you need to do is go to their helpdesk (https://help.xsolla.com/#contactUs) and either open a ticket or have a chat with them.
When you do contact them though please make sure to include:
- The email used for the purchase
- The order ID (starts with US and was sent via email)
- That the order was placed on www.paradoxplaza.com
