Sometimes it happens that someone did not receive an e-mail with their Steam Activation code after buying a game, expansion and/or dlc from our webshop. If you did not receive your key within 72 hours (3 days), please contact our support staff by submitting a ticket.
Please include the following information in your ticket:
- Date of purchase
- Order nr.
- E-mail address you used for the purchase
- Payment information
- Screenshot/copy of the receipt and/or confirmation e-mail
